The jam sessions are held weekly every Sunday evening. Admission is £3. Jam sessions start at 8.00pm, hosted by Deano with house band Infusion, downstairs at:

The atmosphere is friendly and informal, the audience are supportive, the club staff are fantastic, and drinks are very reasonably priced.
The club is down an alleyway next to Ladbrokes. Parking outside on Queens Road is free, and there are normally plenty of spaces. The club is about a 5 minute walk from Buckhurst Hill tube (Central Line). It is a "members only" club, but for these sessions the restrictions are lifted; just come in, buy a drink and make yourself at home.
If you are playing or singing "Real Books" are available (to download list click here), but if you want to bring your own music please make sure you bring two copies of the chords (and if you are playing a transposing instrument, make sure they're in C please!) for the backing band. On arrival please add your name to the list. People will get to play in order so please get there early if you don't want a long wait for your turn!
The most important thing is ... just get up and enjoy yourself!
Most of the musicians are just enthusiastic amateurs, so don't be shy
- just get up there and give it a go.
